with us
New York roots. Hoosier heart.
B's Bagels was founded on a simple belief: great food brings people together. We are a locally owned, family-operated bagel shop, and we believe we are in the people business first.

Brandon and Dori.
Owner Brandon Florman grew up on Long Island, New York, where bagels were more than breakfast. After a career in business development, supply chain, operations, and process improvement, he combined his love of authentic New York bagels with his operational expertise to create B's Bagels.
Partnering with Brandon is Dori Calderon, an accomplished pastry chef and caterer with more than three decades serving Central Indiana. Through her catering business, Bluebakes, Dori built a loyal following for her baked goods, side salads, and warm hospitality. Together, they bring operational excellence and culinary craftsmanship to everything B's serves.
Six things we refuse to cut corners on.
Authenticity
Traditional methods and recipes that reflect the flavor and tradition that made New York bagels famous.
Hospitality first
Every interaction is a chance to make someone's day. We just happen to serve great bagels while we do it.
Freshness
We bake in small batches throughout the day, not one big morning run, so it is always fresh.
House-made
Cream cheeses, salads, and specialties made from scratch on proprietary recipes with premium ingredients.
Every guest welcome
Gluten-free bagels, dairy-free cream cheese, and vegetarian options so more people can enjoy the table.
Consistency
Standardized recipes and quality controls so your favorite tastes the same every single visit.
To be Central Indiana's most trusted neighborhood bagel shop.
Every decision we make is guided by three principles: deliver exceptional hospitality, never compromise on quality, and build in a way that lets us grow without losing what makes us special. As we expand, we stay locally focused, community driven, and obsessed with creating memorable experiences, one bagel at a time.
Pull up a chair.
Whether it is your first visit or your five-hundredth, you are always welcome at B's.
